Absolutely. Bring your own faucet, toilet, garbage disposal, or water heater. You keep the manufacturer warranty and we add our 1-year workmanship guarantee on every connection we make.
Do you pull permits for water heater replacements?
Yes — we pull every required permit, schedule the inspection, and meet the inspector on site. The permit and inspection cost is itemized on your quote, never hidden.
